In a pinch for dinner?
These fish tacos are one of my go-to recipes for when I’m not feeling up for cooking or I’m at a loss for what to feed the family. Little do they know that it takes less than 20 minutes to prepare and it checks off several of my criteria for a healthy dinner:
✔️ Probiotic-rich
✔️ Raw
✔️ Anti-inflammatory
✔️ Fish
✔️ Meets all food groups
I love a good win-win!

- prep time: 20 minutes
- cook time: 15 minutes
- total time: 20 minutes
Servings: 4-5 tacos
Ingredients:• Frozen fish filets
• Flour or corn tortillas
• 1 can of beans, I used black beans
• Probiotic coleslaw
• Extra mango slices, lime, and cilantro as garnish
Instructions:
• Cook fish filets according to the instructions in either the airfryer or the oven.
• While that is heating up, drain and rinse your beans and heat them on the stovetop.
• Time to make your coleslaw! Option to make this in bulk so you can use it as a side for subsequent meals. Lasts 2-3 days stored in an airtight container in the fridge.
• Toast your tortilla on stovetop.
• Layer your taco: fish directly on the tortilla, add beans, coleslaw, mango slices, and a sprintz of lime.
• Enjoy!

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
Don’t worry about sounding professional. Sound like you. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, but your story is what’s going to separate this one from the rest. If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.
Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve and your site can evolve with it. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
